Public Notice for Proposed Rules, September 19, 2022

Public notice is hereby given that the Wyoming State Board of Psychology is proposing changes to Chapters 1, 4, 5, 8, 14, and 15. The Board is proposing to amend these chapters to establish licensing and renewal procedures, and incorporate by reference ethics, and supervision requirements for certified behavior analysts and certified assistant behavior analysts. Changes also include clarification of supervision guidelines for psychologists. These proposed rules are available for review below.
