The 2025 renewal period is opening early to allow those that are required to submit fingprint cards adequate time to have the cards completed, submitted, and processed prior to their license or certificate expiring. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have been licensed or certified for two years or more, you are required to submit fingerprint cards with the 2025 renewal application.

Chapter 8, Section 1(f) of the Board's Rules & Regulations provides: "A license or certificate holder who has allowed his/her license or certificate to expire may apply for license or certificate within one (1) year of the expiration date by submitting a renewal application for license or certificate, the application fee, the restoration fee, the license or certificate fee for the current year, and verification of having completed thirty (30) hours of continuing education within the forty-eight (8) months immediately preceding the application date.
